Day by day, in Everyway, I am getting better and better - Emile Coue

Welcome to my homepage.
My name is Sung Kwang Lee, professor in the Department of Chemistry at Hannam University, Korea. I received my B.S. in Chemistry and M.S. and Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Yonsei University. Previously, I served as the Head of the Molecular Informatics Division at the Bioinformatics & Molecular Design Research Center (BMDRC). My current research focuses on HPLC retention behavior and separation science, as well as chemoinformatics — including chemical database development, QSPR (Quantitative Structure–Property Relationships), virtual chemical library design, ADME/Tox prediction, and QSRR (Quantitative Structure–Retention Relationships). Our previous team developed tools such as: ChemDB (a web-based chemical database), and PreADMET (a web-based ADME prediction platform). We are now working on chemical library design for high-throughput screening, combinatorial chemistry, and virtual screening using pharmacophore models or molecular docking between ligands and target proteins. During my Ph.D. studies, I learned molecular modeling primarily through online resources. I deeply appreciate the many computational chemists who generously shared their knowledge. In the same spirit, I hope this site can serve as a helpful resource for beginners in molecular modeling.
Thank you for visiting, and I wish you an enjoyable journey!
