최근 사용가능한 QSAR모델
REACh법안이 발효되면서 유럽에서는 지속적으로 기업의 비용부담을 줄이기 위하여 QSAR모델 개발과 관련된 프로젝트들이 진행되어 왔다. 이중에서 특히 사용가능한 대외적인 프로그램들이 있어서 소개하고자 한다. CAESAR : CAESAR은 EU에서 출자한 프로젝트로 주로 REACh제도에 활용하기 위한 QSAR모델을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 현재 5종의 endpoint에 대하여 예측모델을 제공하고 있다.
